Palmer's Income Tax was established by Oscar A. Palmer to assist Spanish speaking clients with their tax preparation. While his main profession and passion was in education as a teacher, school administrator and later principal of Rose City HS, Mr. Palmer always worked two jobs. Working out of his home and at local swap meets, Mr. Palmer established himself as a trustworthy and knowledgeable tax preparer. In 1992, he opened his first office on Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena, Ca. For 19 years Mr. Palmer along with his office manager, Mr. Zuniga, family members, and many other excellent employees provided a caring, competent and educational method of preparing income tax returns. After his passing in 2011, his son, Oscar M.Palmer, continued serving the Pasadena and surrounding areas with the same energy and friendly service.
